All product prices are subject to change according to market rates.Not all products displayed on the website may be directly in our warehouse — some products are procured through the supply chain, which are delivered within a specified time frame.

If the invoice amount is more than 10,000 (ten thousand) taka, a minimum 20% advance payment must be made with the order (negotiable subject to conditions).
Order Confirmation & Payment Policy
Please note that we do not require advance payment via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket at the time of placing an order. After you add products to your cart and submit your order, our representative will call you to confirm the order.
For some products, prices are negotiable. If you prefer, you may also confirm your order directly by sending us a message through our “WhatsApp Us” button.
If you would like to collect products from our office, please inform us at least 3 hours in advance by phone before coming.
Delivery Terms
Our working days: Saturday to Thursday (excluding public holidays and Fridays). All delivery times are calculated according to working days.
Delivery time:
1.Within Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
2.Outside Dhaka City (whole Bangladesh): 3–5 working days.
Pickup from office:
If you want to collect the product from the office, you must inform us at least 3 hours before office hours.
বিশেষ সতর্কতা: তরল ও অত্যন্ত ভঙ্গুর পণ্য ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়। ঢাকার বাইরে থেকে এই ধরনের পণ্যের অর্ডার না দেওয়ার জন্য বিনম্র অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।
Warranty & Guarantee
In case of any warranty or guarantee related issue, the customer will have to return the product to our office and claim for warranty/guarantee service.
💠The original receipt/invoice of the product must be presented for the warranty/guarantee to be valid.
💠Products damaged due to use or intentionally destroyed will not be covered under the warranty.

Return & Refund Policy
We guarantee a replacement or full refund in the event of a defective or incorrect product being shipped.
Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
For returns, the product must be returned with the original packaging and accessories.
Products that are used, damaged, or without the original packaging will not be eligible for returns.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
